5. Use of Cookies
The Service uses cookies for session management. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function properly if you do.
6. Data Storage & Security
We store collected personal information with appropriate security measures in place. We promptly delete personal information when it is no longer needed, except where retention is required by law. When a user deletes their account or requests deletion of their personal information, we will promptly delete or anonymize information that identifies the user (such as name, display name, contact details, authentication linkage information, and images). However, transaction records for badges and chants will be retained, in a form that does not identify any individual, for the period required by law, in order to comply with accounting and tax retention obligations and to protect supporters.
7. Access, Correction & Deletion
You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address listed at the bottom of this page (email or DM via our official X account). We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period. The scope of a deletion request does not include information subject to a statutory retention obligation, or transaction records necessary to protect the rights of other users (supporters). Such information is retained in a form that does not identify any individual.
8. Information Related to NFTs
Records related to NFTs (such as token IDs, transaction hashes, and wallet addresses) cannot be deleted or altered by anyone, including us, due to the nature of blockchain. This information is public and remains permanently on the blockchain. Even if you delete your account or request deletion of your personal information, information recorded on the blockchain cannot be erased.
9. Minors
Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Service. We do not knowingly provide the Service to children under 13.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as necessary. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Japanese law and we handle personal information in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws.
